Our Expertise

With years of experience and expertise in agrochemical manufacturing, we are proud to offer a diverse range of formulations, including EC (Emulsifiable Concentrates), SC (Suspension Concentrates), CS (Capsule Suspension), ZC (Combination of Suspension Concentrates and Capsule Suspension), WDG (Water Dispersible Granules), WP (Wettable Powders), SP (Soluble Powders), SL (Soluble Liquids), and more. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and stringent quality control measures ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality, efficacy, and safety.

EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate)

EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate): A liquid formulation that contains active ingredients dissolved in an organic solvent along with emulsifiers. When mixed with water, it forms a stable emulsion.

  • High Concentration: EC formulations contain high levels of active ingredients, enabling effective pest control with smaller volumes.
  • Enhanced Penetration: Solvents and emulsifiers aid active ingredients in penetrating plant surfaces effectively.
  • Versatile Application: Suitable for various application methods, including spraying, drenching, and soil incorporation.
  • Reduced Dust: Less dust than dry formulations, enhancing safety for applicators.

SC (Suspension Concentrate)

A liquid formulation that contains solid active ingredients finely dispersed in a liquid medium. SC formulations are designed to be mixed with water before application.

  • High Concentration: Contains high levels of active ingredients, potentially reducing the amount of product needed for effective pest control.
  • Ease of Handling: Typically less hazardous than some liquid formulations due to lower volatility and reduced inhalation risks.
  • Versatility: Can be applied using various methods, such as spraying and soil incorporation.
  • Effective Coverage: Ensures good coverage and adhesion on plant surfaces, enhancing pest control efficiency.

CS (Capsule Suspension)

A formulation that contains small capsules filled with active ingredients suspended in a liquid medium. When mixed with water, these capsules break open, releasing the active ingredient for effective pest control.

  • Controlled Release: Capsule design enables slow, controlled release of active ingredients, enhancing efficacy and longevity.
  • Reduced Volatility: Low risk of vaporization and off-target movement compared to some liquid formulations.
  • Less Environmental Impact: Biodegradable capsules help reduce the environmental footprint versus traditional plastic packaging.
  • Improved Safety: Typically safer for applicators, as it reduces exposure risks.

ZC (mixture of Capsule Suspension (CS) and Suspension Concentrate (SC))

A formulation that includes zinc ions bonded to chelating agents, which help to stabilize the zinc and improve its absorption by plants.

  • Improved Nutrient Availability: Chelation prevents zinc from becoming insoluble in soil, increasing its bioavailability to plants.
  • Enhanced Plant Uptake: Supports efficient absorption by plant roots, particularly in zinc-deficient soils.
  • Broader Application Range: Suitable for various crops and soil types, including high pH or calcareous soils where zinc availability is limited.
  • Reduced Phytotoxicity: Lower risk of toxicity compared to some inorganic zinc sources, making it safer for plants.

WDG (Water-Dispersible Granules)

A solid formulation consisting of granules that disperse in water to form a suspension. These granules contain active ingredients along with other formulation aids.

  • Ease of Use: Simple to handle and apply.
  • Reduced Environmental Impact: Lower risk of off-target movement and reduced inhalation risk due to minimal dust.
  • Versatility: Suitable for multiple application methods, including foliar sprays and soil treatments.
  • Effective Control: Delivers targeted action for effective pest and disease control.

WP (Wettable Powder)

A formulation consisting of finely ground solid active ingredients that can be mixed with water to form a suspension. WP formulations are designed to be applied as sprays.

  • Cost-Effective: Typically more economical than other formulations, offering a lower cost per unit of active ingredient.
  • High Concentration: Delivers a high concentration of active ingredients, making it efficient for pest control.
  • Customizable: Formulation can be tailored to specific crops and pests, providing greater flexibility in use.
  • Versatile Application: Suitable for various methods, including ground and aerial spraying.

SP (Soluble Powder)

A dry formulation that dissolves completely in water to form a clear solution. These powders contain active ingredients and other components that facilitate easy mixing and application.

  • Easy Application: Simple to mix with water and apply, ensuring uniform distribution of the active ingredient.
  • High Efficiency: Typically requires lower application rates due to the high concentration of active ingredients.
  • Compatibility: Often compatible with various tank-mix partners, allowing for flexible application.
  • Reduced Environmental Impact: Produces less dust than some other formulations, enhancing safety for applicators.

SL (Soluble Liquid)

A liquid formulation where the active ingredients are completely dissolved in a liquid carrier, typically water or organic solvents. These products are designed to be mixed with water before application.

  • Ease of Use: SL formulations are easy to mix and apply, enabling quick preparation in the field.
  • High Efficacy: Complete solubility ensures active ingredients are immediately available for plant uptake or pest interaction.
  • Less Risk of Clogging: Unlike some solid formulations, SL products reduce the risk of clogging application equipment.
  • Reduced Dust: Generates less dust during handling than powder formulations, enhancing safety for applicators.
